Tony L. Whitehead is a retired United States Air Force senior noncommissioned officer who served as the sixth Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of the National Guard Bureau from 2020 to 2024. His career began in 1982 in the security specialist and security forces field, included active-duty and Florida Air National Guard service, and culminated in advising the Chief of the National Guard Bureau on enlisted matters affecting training, utilization, force health, and professional development.
